Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following:

United States (all 50 states)

Select international countries – availability will be shown at checkout.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and shipping method selected.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is incomplete:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery at admin@micasatextiles.com.

Provide your order number and photos if applicable.

We will assist you in resolving the issue or filing a carrier claim.
Important Notes

Incorrect addresses: We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

Refused or unclaimed packages: If a package is returned to us due to customs refusal, non-payment of duties, or failure to pick up, a reshipping fee may apply.
