Return Policy
At MI CASA TEXTILES, we take pride in offering high-quality textiles and exceptional customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help make things right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. If that’s not possible (e.g., expired card or closed account), store credit may be issued instead.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If an item is returned in a condition that doesn’t meet our policy (e.g., used, damaged, or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items

Fabric remnants or cut pieces
How to Initiate a Return

Log in to Your Account: Visit our Shopify store and log in to your customer account.

Submit Return Request: Navigate to “My Orders,” select the item(s) you’d like to return, and click “Return” to begin the return process.

Receive Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Ship the Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges
Want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variation?

Follow the same return process above.

Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the exchange item at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing us at admin@micasatextiles.com or through your Shopify account.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will guide you through the return or replacement process promptly.
Refused Deliveries & Unauthorized Returns

Packages that are refused at delivery or returned without authorization may be subject to a restocking fee or may be ineligible for a refund.
International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping, as well as any applicable customs duties or taxes.
